Image Delivery and Usage

Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your contract. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial usage requires separate licensing agreements.

Copyright and Ownership

Genuine Vision Photos retains copyright to all images created. Clients receive a license for personal use and sharing. We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for photography services. We are not liable for missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control or failure to follow the agreed timeline.
